Fast-Weigh Update: Enhancements to Proposed Product Pricing

Update Notes

Update to the Fast-Weigh Web Portal

You can now create Proposed Pricing changes across an individual selected set, or all products, based on a percentage or fixed amount. Enter a positive number for a price increase or a negative number for a price decrease.

Navigate to Resources > Products > Products & Pricing.

On the pricing query tab, you will now see a new Create Proposed Pricing button (as shown below).

Example 1: Create Proposed Pricing Using a Percent Increase

If you would like to have a 5% across-the-board price increase on all products, you may enter the percent amount as a decimal - 0.05 (shown below).

Example 2: Create Proposed Pricing Using Fixed Amounts

If, for example, you want to increase the price of a single product (1/4 inch pea gravel) by $1.00, you can use the fixed amount option to do so (shown below).

When finished, click Apply Proposed Pricing to apply the new pricing across the selected Products. Note: This cannot be undone!

If you wish to apply your new default pricing to all Open Orders, you may do so with the Open Order Price Update tool. Learn how.
