The Fast-Weigh Truck Scale Ticketing System provides complete transactional records of truck-transported materials.  The system's unique user interface simplifies and streamlines the management of scale operations.  Context sensitive search screens give you immediate access to all your data.  Producing weight tickets has never been easier, or more foolproof.  Weights are automatically read from your scale indicators eliminating keying errors.  Lost or misplaced tickets can be reprinted at any time, even tickets from previous days.  On demand query and reporting capabilities provides real-time production information. Administrative Module
This optional module is designed to provide administrative access to your data over a network.  Set up or modify customers, products, orders, trucks, etc.  Print reports.  View activity.  The administrative module can be networked through any LAN or Dial-Up Networking method.

Invoicing and Truckers Pay
Fast-Weigh's Invoicing System is a powerful software application designed to provide integrated or stand-alone invoice capabilities. Tickets can be automatically imported or manually keyed into the system. A file may be generated to import invoice accounting transactions directly into your accounts receivable system.

Truckers Pay is an extension of the invoicing system. Truckers pay statements can be produced for any date range, independent of your invoice mode. Tickets from the Fast-Weigh Truck Scale are automatically imported into the system. You may also enter tickets for a truck from other sources. A configurable adjustment form allows you to set up credit or charge adjustment types. Multiple adjustments may be applied to a truck.

Fast-Transfer Module
The Fast-Transfer application provides a file transfer interface between the Fast-Weigh truck scale system and the home office or other location.  This enables ticket file extracts to be sent to the billing computer via a modem.  File transfers can occur daily or accumulated for batch transfer.  File transfers can also be initiated from either the scale house or the remote office.  This means that the ticket file can be sent by the dispatcher at the end of the day or the office can go and get the file anytime the next day.

Auto-Scale Modules
The Auto-Scale modules enable the Fast-Weigh ticketing software to be run in an unattended mode or from a remote location.  Magnetic or proximity access cards identify the truck and associated order, the net weight is captured, and a weigh ticket is produced.  In a remote environment, the scale system can accept action inputs from an operator.  For example, a pug mill operator can be equipped with buttons to tare empty trucks and print tickets when the load in complete. The AutoScale modules can accept input from buttons or switches and can control any number of relays for lights and gates. This allows the system to be custom tailored to your specific needs.

Integrated Video Support
View an image from a video source directly on your screen.  The video source may be either Composite or S-Video in NTSC or PAL formats.  Multiple video sources may be used.

Applications which use integrated video include:

• Picture Capture - Pictures of the truck may be captured and "stamped" with date, time, weight, and order information. This is often helpful as evidence in a questioned load or ticket.
•  Remote Operations - Video cameras may be mounted to identify the truck, driver, and material from a remote location.
• Access Control and Security - Video cameras may be mounted anywhere in the plant or yard to grant truck access or monitor activity
